Hello and welcome!

Hi, my name is Becka. I am a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate in the beautiful state of Oregon, and a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern in the sunny state of Florida. I am currently working toward my Level 3 Gottman Training - an additional training outside of my Degree that is the Gold Standard for Couples Counseling.

Let me tell you a bit about myself. I was born out West but grew up in the Sunshine State. I’ve been with my husband for over a decade, and we have 2 kids and a pup named Mishka. In my free time, I tend to my farm, am a member of my local bee club, and enjoy traveling, rollerblading, and painting.

I am a person-centered clinician, meaning I believe my clients are experts on themselves, and my role is to serve as a guide to help them reach their full potential. Whether that means helping you navigate relationship challenges with your partner, increasing your self-confidence through building resilience and self-acceptance, or helping you gain the tools to deal with stress-inducing situations, I am here to help.

My motto - If it excites you and scares you, then you’re on the right path.

Relationship Services

Premarital Counseling

Premarital counseling is perfect for the couple that plans to spend their lives together but may not have worked out “all the details,” (finances, how to handle situations with in-laws and extended family, etc) and want to make sure they are going into marriage with the best foot forward.

Bringing Home Baby

You know how when you get a new phone you get a manual 3x as thick as the phone itself? However, when it comes to the changes and challenges that you face as a new parent, you don’t get…anything. Parental counseling can help ease that transition. This type of counseling is perfect for those who are planning a family, are already pregnant, or already have a little one.

Relationship Issues

Do you feel disconnected from your partner? Maybe you have issues communicating with each other, or maybe you feel like you're walking on eggshells? Couples counseling can help you reconnect with your partner, help you tackle challenges as a team, and improve intamacy.
